Specimen:	Submit Aspirate material from Breast / Superficial lumps / CT or USG guided deep lumps. Smear on 4 glass slides and fix immediately in Absolute alcohol for 30 minutes. Air dry completely. Do not allow smears to air dry before fixation. Specimens in syringes are not acceptable. Duly filled Cytopathology Requisition Form (Form 8) & Consent form for FNAC (Form 9) is mandatory.
